- A family box is at least 75 lbs of meat which is less than 1/4 of beef.
- Total cost to you is $650, equaling $8.66/lb for all cuts.
What you’ll get:
- Ground beef – 35 lbs
- Stew beef – 5 lbs
- Roasts – 17 lbs
- Steaks – 18 lbs
Note: Amount of steaks and roasts may very slightly according to cuts.
- Stew and ground beef all come in 1 lb packages.
- Steaks are 1 1/4″ thick and packaged individually.
- Roasts average 3 lbs each.
- All beef is packaged in cryovac for an airtight seal.
