- A beef half is approximately 180-210 lbs of actual beef.
- Total cost to you is between $1,400 and $1,550 depending on the size of the animal. This includes $3.40/lb for hanging weight and slaughter fees.
- Each packaged pound of beef costs you $7.50-8.00/lb.
- You can choose the size of packages, lbs of roasts, and thickness of steaks.
- All beef is packaged in cryovac for an airtight seal.
- Approximately 7 cubic ft of freezer space is reqired to store a beef half.
