We are Jeff and Debbie Moultroup, third generation farmers, nestled in a beautiful Green Mountain river valley. This land has produced many things over the decades–mainly dairy, beef, vegetables and raspberries–each in its season. Currently, we raise Grass-fed Black Angus Beef. Our fields have rich sandy loam soil producing lush green pastures. We have years of experience intensively grazing cattle, first with our Jersey dairy herd from 1998-2008 and now with our Black Angus beef herd. Now we (Jeff and Debbie) are managing 100+ beef with a little more room to grow on our 70 plus acre farm.
We raised our four children here, all of whom are now grown and off to other endeavors. We are still surrounded by family–five generations of Moultroups–parents, siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews, grandparents and grandchildren all live in this valley. We hope to continue stewarding this good land as we see it as a gift.
