Our desire is to produce food that is healthy and enjoyable for our family and local community. Farming is an ever evolving occupation, always changing to accommodate what is currently growable, profitable, sustainable, managable–and enjoyable!–for farmers given their available resources. It is our desire to raise quality grass-fed beef taking advantage of the wonderful resource that is our own land. The energy provided by the sun is our greatest resource as it enriches the grass on our fields and provides nutrient dense feed for our cattle. This, along with the many health benefits* of eating grass-fed beef, is why we are committed to raising our cattle in this way.
