- A beef half is approximately 170-190 lbs of actual beef.
- Total cost to you is between $1,450 and $1,600 depending on the size of the animal. This includes $3.65/lb for hanging weight and slaughter fees.
- Each packaged pound of beef costs you $8.50-9.00/lb.
- You can choose the size of packages, lbs of roasts, and thickness of steaks.
- All beef is packaged in cryovac for an airtight seal.
- Approximately 7 cubic ft of freezer space is reqired to store a beef half.
